PRICING

Each cake we create is as unique as you are. We understand the significance of having an idea of the potential cost of your cake. Below you will find different wedding cake sizes and their starting prices for your reference.

To ensure that you and your wedding cake are given the exceptional service you deserve we book two wedding cakes per week.

We have a minimum order charge for wedding cakes, in 2025 - £560 for Iced designs, £510 for semi-naked designs. Delivery and setup at your venue is an additional cost and is calculated by miles travelled per round trip from our Scarborough base and our time.

For our minimum order you will receive a three tiered cake to feed 70 guests. The cakes would consist of your selected filling, enveloped in a luscious white chocolate ganache, and adorned with premium sugar paste. Additional details on your cake, such as stencilling, ruffles, or sugar flowers, would incur an extra charge. During your consultation, we will discuss all aspects of your design in detail.

All of our wedding cakes are 6 inches tall as standard so 1 portion size is as follows 1 x 1 x 6 inches

CAKE STANDS

For our wedding cake clients, we offer a range of cake stands that can be rented from us.

While most venues typically provide a cake stand, it's worthwhile to inquire about their available options. However, these are often conventional silver designs that may not align with your unique wedding cake style.

If you desire a stand that adds an extra touch of enchantment to your cake design, we offer an assortment of stands in various styles and colours. These stands can be hired starting from £20.

Following your wedding day, you will have a four-day period to return the stand to us in its original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred if the stand is damaged or broken.

 

 FAQs

  • Once you have booked your wedding date in with your venue, then is the time to get in touch with us.

    We recommend booking at least a year in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates May-September as these months get booked quickly.

  • A £100 booking fee is required to secure your date in our diary. This fee is non refundable and non transferable, if for some reason you decide to cancel your order. No date can be secured until we have received your booking fee and have confirmed receipt of this via email. This is deducted from your final balance.

  • We do have a minimum order value.

    For 2024 it is £500 for Semi naked designs and £550 for Iced designs.

    For 2025 it is £510 for semi naked designs and £560 for Iced designs.

    Our minimum order value applies regardless of cake size and excludes delivery and setup of your wedding cake.

  • Absolutely! It doesn’t matter if you have no idea on your cake design, flavours etc… as we will discuss all the elements of your cake design at your consultation.

  • Yes you can. you will find all the information available here to purchase a taster box from us.

    If you continue on to book with us afterwards, then we will deduct the cost of your cake taster box from your final balance.

  • You will be emailed an invoice with the date your payment is due and our bank details will be at the bottom of the invoice for you to make a bank transfer. We will then confirm receipt of your payment via email.

  • We deliver and setup all wedding cake orders to ensure your cake is exactly how you envisioned it to be. All cakes are delicate and can be easily damaged if you are not used to handling them. We calculate delivery cost by mileage at 0.50p per mile and the time it takes us per round trip from our Scarborough base.

  • If you have seen a cake design that you really like elsewhere then we can use that image to inspire a new design for your own wedding cake. This is then truly personal to you and your wedding day.

  • Once you have made your £100 booking fee to save your date then the remainder of your balance is due 28 days prior to your wedding day. We will issue you your invoice and booking form when your design has been finalised after your consultation.

  • All of our cakes contain; gluten, butter and eggs and are made in an environment that handles; nuts, soya, and alcohol. Gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy free cakes can sometimes be made on request; however, we cannot guarantee that these cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients due to the nature of the product.

    It is your responsibility to ensure we are aware of any special dietary requirements that need to be accommodated in the making of the cake.

  • Absolutely! You can have a different flavour for each cake tier if you wish. It’s something we would recommend. That way you have a choice of flavours for your guests.

  • Yes. All of our cakes are made fresh to order so you can wrap any leftover in clingfilm and store it in the freezer.

  • Yes we do us fresh flowers when requested on cake designs. We recommend that you ask your florist for extra stems to your order so we can dress your cake. We will also liaise with them regarding your order. Please discuss and seek advice from your florist regarding the florals being used, as some flowers and foliage can be toxic. Whilst we take every precaution to arrange your florals on your cake in a cake safe way, we cannot be held responsible for any contamination to your cake from fresh flowers.
